You are charged per bundle, not per seat or per user. Because the charge attaches to a specific matter, it can be treated as a recoverable disbursement and, where your practice management system supports it, recorded automatically to the client ledger.

On a net basis, nothing. The per bundle fee is a legitimate disbursement, so it can be recovered from the client the bundle is for, the same way other matter costs are. The firm gets the tool and the time saving while the cost is passed through at the matter level.
Cost recovery aligns with standard legal billing practice. Recovery is at the firm's discretion per matter.
